SkyEvac collects booking, passenger, payment, and refund information only as needed to review requests, process travel, and support customer communication.

Information collected for booking and support

SkyEvac collects only the information needed to review your travel request, communicate with you, and process payment or refund activity tied to your booking.

  • This can include passenger names, contact details, nationality, passport details, travel dates, route preferences, and special travel needs you choose to provide.
  • If you pay the initial request amount or any remaining fare, we also keep payment references, payment status, refund status, and transaction records.

How your information is used

Your information is used to assess route fit, review a booking request, coordinate with operators, process payments, return refunds, answer support questions, and maintain booking records.

  • We use contact details to send booking updates, payment instructions, approval notices, and cancellation responses.
  • We use passenger details to prepare the trip only if the booking moves forward.

Who receives your information

Access is limited to people and providers who need the information to handle your request.

  • This can include SkyEvac staff, charter operators, airport or trip-support providers, payment processors, and customer-support vendors involved in your booking.
  • We do not share passenger information for unrelated marketing or resale.

Payment and refund records

Payment details are handled through the payment methods offered at checkout and the records needed to match a payment, review a refund, or prevent duplicate charges are retained in our booking systems.

  • SkyEvac does not publish your full payment details on public pages.
  • Refund records are kept so we can confirm the amount returned, the payment method used, and the date the return was issued.

Retention and correction

We keep booking and payment records for as long as they are reasonably needed for customer service, dispute handling, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and internal recordkeeping.

  • If a record is inaccurate, contact support so we can review and correct it where appropriate.
  • Some records may need to be retained even after a trip ends or a refund is processed.

Traveler responsibilities

Please provide accurate passenger information and only send documents or details that are required for your trip or support request.

  • Incorrect information can delay review, approval, or departure handling.
  • Do not submit another person's personal information unless you are authorized to do so for the booking.
