These terms explain how request-stage payment, operator approval, balance collection, cancellations, and schedule changes work on SkyEvac.

Using the service

By searching flights, submitting passenger details, or paying any amount through SkyEvac, you agree to these terms and the refund policy in effect on the payment date.

  • Flight listings invite you to submit a request. They do not guarantee a confirmed seat or departure.
  • Published fares, taxes, and availability can change before operator approval.

Requests, review, and approval

Every booking request is reviewed before a seat is confirmed. SkyEvac may request more information, decline a request, or confirm it only after operator review is complete.

  • A seat is not assigned when you first submit the booking form.
  • Operator approval is required before the remaining fare becomes payable.
  • If a balance-payment window opens and expires unpaid, the seat can be released.

Initial request amount

The first amount collected is the initial request amount, shown during booking as the bid amount. It places or strengthens your request in queue and is separate from the remaining fare for the seat itself.

  • Paying the initial request amount does not by itself create a confirmed flight.
  • If you raise the amount while the request is still active, only the added difference is charged.
  • The remaining fare becomes payable only after a seat is approved.

Pricing and payment

Quoted amounts are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment acceptance depends on successful processing, fraud screening, and any review required by the selected payment method.

  • Your booking total can include the initial request amount, the remaining fare, taxes, fees, and approved add-ons.
  • Bank, card, wallet, and network timing can affect when a payment or refund posts to your account.

Traveler responsibilities

You must provide accurate passenger names, contact details, travel documents, and any other required information before departure.

  • Incorrect or incomplete traveler information can delay approval or prevent departure.
  • You are responsible for visas, entry rules, health documents, and lawful travel purpose for every passenger.

Cancellations and schedule changes

Cancellation outcomes depend on the booking stage, the notice provided, and the costs already committed to the trip.

  • Refunds of the initial request amount follow the retained 17% rule described in the refund policy.
  • Confirmed-booking cancellations can be reduced or unavailable once aircraft, crew, airport handling, permits, or other trip costs have been committed.
  • If the operator cannot proceed as planned, SkyEvac may offer a revised itinerary, travel credit, or refund outcome based on the affected amount and booking stage.

Policy updates and support

SkyEvac may update these terms to reflect service changes, payment handling updates, or legal requirements.

  • The version published on the site applies to new payments made after the update date.
  • For urgent cancellation or payment questions, contact support before the payment window closes.
